In 2008 I completed my first year of massage school at CDI and became registered with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and worked in a physiotherapy clinic for 2 years before moving to saskatoon. In 2015 I enrolled with the Professional Institute of Massage where I graduated with 2200 hours and became Registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan.

I provide quality therapeutic massage in a safe and comfortable environment and gear the treatment to each client according to their needs. I have experience treating a variety of conditions such as : whiplash, headaches, migraines, sprains/strains, thoracic outlet syndrome, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression and many more. I'm personable, have a calm presence and believe communication is key to a successful treatment. At the end of every session i leave time to discuss exercises, strengthening and any other homecare tips to help manage your needs.

Massage to me is more than a job, it's my passion. A way for me to help people in pain and educate them on how to heal. In the last few years I have sustained a few injuries to my knee and neck so I also learned how to sympathize with others that are experiencing pain. Im personable and listen to all concerns and or issues.

My main area of expertise is deep tissue massage, applying the appropriate amount of pressure to the area I’m working on with the goal of releasing the muscle knot, tightness, or spasm. As well as communicating with my client during treatment, I also watch for non-verbal cues that let me know when to ease up. Communication between myself and my client is key to gaining trust and having a successful treatment.
